TSCP : 3 member team under direct control
It speaks of a team of three members with minimum 3+ years experience on specific skills/domains, and who exclusively work on your project. Each member will work for minimum 160 hours per month. All the 3 members will directly report to the client and be responsible for their respective tasks assigned.TSCP can replace candidates on demand, if the candidate is not up to the expectations.
TSCP : 5 member team + 1 Project manager
It comprises of 5 member project team; i.e. a Project lead with 5+ years of experience and 5 member team with minimum 3+ years of experience to execute the project under his control. The project lead will report directly to you and be responsible for the project delivery. He and his team will be provided with all necessary software tools, hardware infrastructure & other facilities to execute the projects smoothly.
