How do we keep abreast of the progress of the project?
Regular Project Status Reports will be sent to you by email.
Over and above that, web meetings and teleconferences are held as and when required. The developed code is replicated/updated to your servers at regular intervals. This way, you get to review the progress of work even on a daily basis.
Our Project Managers and Customer Relationship Managers are available to you on a 24/7 basis.
Are the professionals CCS Solutions employees?
Although our professionals are recruited, screened, and interviewed by CCS Solutions, they are not employees of CCS Solutions. All CCS Solutions professionals are contracted to CCS Solutions either directly, as independent contractors, or indirectly, through a partnering development firm. All CCS Solutions professionals are contractually bound to protect customer confidentiality and intellectual property and to assign or transfer the ownership of all developed intellectual property to the customer.
How experienced are the technology professionals?
We offer a broad range of experience levels, though we do require at least 3 years of relevant work experience. All of the developers have college degrees; many have advanced degrees from universities around the world. We have professionals with anywhere from 3 - 25 years of experience in their chosen fields. Most of the professionals have also gained experience working remotely for American and Foreign customers.
Who manages the professionals?
You do. We provide you with a powerful set of management, collaboration, and payment tools so you can work directly with a professional anywhere in the world. However, CCS Solutions can supply project leads and managers when requested.
Your rates are low! Is there a catch somewhere?
We can offer these rates because we operate from India , which has far lower living costs than most of the Western economies. India has an abundance of highly qualified software engineers and architects experienced in providing development services to the international marketplace. Both these factors make our rates viable and practical.
How do I communicate with my team?
You can communicate with your team any way you prefer, but instant messaging through the Yahoo/MSN Messenger is recommended. CCS Solutions provides the best platform to facilitate communicating with our professionals. We also ask the developers to keep regular hours so that you can communicate with them on a daily basis for a couple hours during the hours where there is overlap.
Will you a sign an NDA ?
We are committed to protect your privacy and as such we honor and are open to Non Disclosure Agreements.
How do we pay you?
Payments are made through a wire transfer to our banker's account in Chase Manhattan Bank, New York.
Can you set up an exclusive development team for us in India ?
If you expect a steady flow of work using consistent programming languages and operating systems, it may be ideal to have CCS Solutions set up an offshore team dedicated exclusively to your company.
